What communication will I receive after my order is placed?
Once your order has been placed in our system, you shall receive an order confirmation email with the summary of your order. You will also receive an email through every stage of your order.
If you have ordered Silver Jewellery, we will send a kit out to you 1st Class with full instructions included.

How do I track my parcel?
Once your order has been processed and picked by our team, we will email you with the tracking information so that you can follow your parcel.
What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to any country, if for any reason you are unable to select your country on our checkout system, then please contact us and we will resolve this quickly for you.
